Having spent 7 years as an educator, my journey into UX design took a non-traditional path. My background includes a psychology degree, teaching and web development. I was drawn to UX because its data-driven and centered around understanding user behavior to improve their experiences. Surprisingly, it reminded me of what I did in the classroom for my students.
Now as a UX Designer, I use my past experiences and skills to create digital solutions. I thrive in dynamic and learning environments and enjoy being in the center of action. I also love getting to work with people that share my curiosity and who can bring different perspectives.
Outside of work, you'll catch me:
When I am not working, I am either being adventurous or lazy - there is no in between with me. You might find me traveling, cooking, relaxing on the beach, reading a book, hand lettering, or looking for my next adventure!
